At JinxCustoms, we take pride in our custom-built press on nails and nail care products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return and refund policy:

Return Policy
Return Window: Clients have 14 days from the receipt of their order to lodge a complaint regarding any issues with the products.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging. This includes any press on nails, nail gels, and accessories.

Free Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for the return shipping of products. However, if the return is due to a fault on our part, JinxCustoms will cover the return shipping costs.

Inspection Process: Upon receiving a return, JinxCustoms will conduct an inspection of the products to determine the cause of the issue. This may involve assessing whether the fault lies with the client or the supplier.

Replacement of Products: If it is determined that the fault is due to JinxCustoms, press on nails will be replaced at no additional cost to the client.

Refund Policy
Refund Process: If a product is found to have a fault due to our error, a full refund will be processed after the inspection is completed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is completed.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including products that have been used or altered in any way.

1. **Personalized Measurements**: To get started, I require accurate measurements of each finger. This includes the shape, length, and any design ideas you have in mind. Providing precise measurements ensures that your nails fit perfectly and meet your expectations.

2. **Pricing**: The price is determined based on the length, gel polish and complexity of the design. Once I have your measurements and design concept, I will provide you with a detailed quote.

3. **Deposit**: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before I can begin the building process. This secures your order and allows me to dedicate time to crafting your unique nails.

4. **Final Payment**: Once your beautiful nails are completed, the remaining balance will be due before I dispatch your full kit.

5. **Courier Fee**: Please note that a courier fee of R110 is not included in the sale price and will be added at checkout.
